Welcome to our guided tours in English on Saturdays at 3 pm!
Guided tours give you more information about our current exhibition, Tarvaspää architecture and Akseli Gallen-Kallela’s life and art. Questions are welcome!
Open guided tours are for individual museum visitors. Duration of the tour is 30 minutes. You can participate with museum entrance fee, Museumcard or Kaikukortti.
For group visitors we offer private guided tours. Book a guided tour here info@gallen-kallela.fi in advance. Private tours during museum opening hours are 85€ weekdays and 95€ weekends and on public holidays, plus entrance fees (for groups larger than 8 persons, 7€/person).

Gallen-Kallela Museum
Designed and built by artist Akseli Gallen-Kallela (1865-1931), the Tarvaspää Studio Castle presents temporary exhibitions of the art and life of Gallen-Kallela and his contemporaries, as well as contemporary art. The museum offers a wide range of activities and events and serves as a centre of information on Akseli Gallen-Kallela.
